As a Marketing Development Officer,

main responsibilities :

• Explore and develop the financial market in HK and Mainland China
• Implement various marketing strategies and initiatives including seminars and other marketing campaigns
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and provide professional financial advice 
• Responsibility for structuring client's affairs in the most efficient way in order to achieve established medium and long term goals
• Identifying, developing and securing new client relationships through referrals and leveraging Convoy internal network.
• Developing and coaching more junior colleagues both within the immediate team and within the wider Wealth community.

Skills and qualifications:

• Degree holders in any discipline, finance-related subjects preferred
• HKID or valid Visa holders. IANG graduates are welcomed 
• Willing to learn and interested in the financial and investment industry
• A self-confident, outgoing, energetic and team player
• Self-motivated, independent & responsible, passionate for better career development and lifestyle
• Good communication skill with analytical mind
• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin.
