JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: Under Administrator’s supervision, assisting with organizing regional and international Christian events.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles enquiries
• Maintains event records and pertinent paperwork
• Provides onstage / offstage assistance as directed by supervisor during event time
• Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Good organizational skills with meticulous attention to details
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Highly computer literate with competent knowledge of Microsoft Office

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably majoring in Event Management or related disciplines. Plus 2 years of hands-on event or general office experience.

5-day work week.  Salary will be commensurated with qualifications and experience.
