Responsibilities

• Reports to Marketing Manager to drive all brand / marketing activities and ensures all marketing execution is smooth and efficient, and spending within given budget
• Coordinates and monitors marketing activities and collaterals prepartaions to ensure effective and high quality execution and overall marketing objectives are achieved
• Proactively liaises with trade partners on all joint promotion opportunities and follow-up, to build door business
• Prepares monthly reports on launched marketing activities and shares insights and learnings
• Regular communications with frontline staff and sales & operations team to ensure all marketing supports and executions are transparent and clearly communicated throughout the operational flow
• Manages purchase orders and payment in a timely and effective manner. Works closely with vendors and Finance Department to follow up on corresponding quotations, invoices and payment
• Accountable for overall visual merchandising and product displays in stores/counters and ensure they are in line with brand’s directives
• Maintains proper visual merchandising and products display at all doors. Prepare visual merchandising guidelines of every new launch to each individual store/counter
• Liaises with vendor for production of VM materials and duratrans
• Produces and arranges delivery of necessary materials for in-store display such as tester stands and launch collaterals
• Visits stores and follow up the counter merchandising to ensure they are properly displayed. Takes photos of the store/counter display for future record. Arrange professional photographer for store/counter photo-taking for new or renovated door
• Centralizes and coordinates all counters repair when required
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in marketing, experience in skin care or luxury retail would definitely be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Independent, aggressive, proactive attitude with good team player
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
