Responsibilities

• To co-ordinate and follow-up on sales and marketing activities, reports and information 
• Co-ordinate and liaise with markets for on-time submission of information and reports
• Work with markets to ensure smooth implementation of Asia marketing calendar, brand development initiatives, programs  and visual merchandising standards
• Provide distributors for their enquiries on brand activities ie marketing, PR, CRM, digital, training, sales, visual merchandising and related brand information etc with the support of regional marketing team
• Co-ordination of DM region brand activities to ensure it is aligned with regional and or brand directives
• Manage and monitor gallery order for both DM markets and GM office
• Business Analysis
• Consolidate and analyze business results including mix of business, monthly net sales and retails sales
• Track new launches and conduct post-launch analyses
• Prepare weekly & monthly DM region reports
• Prepare reports as ad-hoc data analysis as assigned
• To provide administrative support to General Manager
• Provide administrative support including making travel arrangement, scheduling of meeting etc to support General Manager
• Preparation of  weekly and monthly DM region reports
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials, collateral, samples , office stationary
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the cosmetics industry or with luxury retail experience or with regional exposure
• Pleasant, pro-active and a passion for excellence
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to multi task
• Goal oriented and result driven
• Good understanding of retail industry
• Confident and articulate communicator (English and Mandarin)
• Strong computer skills (esp. Excel, Power point)
