CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or equivalent work experience in applicable Art History or Contemporary Arts
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in museum management
• Good command of English, Mandarin, Korean/ Japanese speaking
• Experience in translation/ auction-related business is preferred but not a must;
• Strong network with APAC artists is an advantage.
• Cross cultural academic background is an advantage
• Willing to travel if needed
• Open minded, affable & creative with strong communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered with strong academic background

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordinate art and cultural projects and events
• Source and negotiate with APAC artists and cultural organizations,
• Support and assist in curating cross-cultural exhibitions, art fairs, performances and related events
• Draft and translate proposals in multiple Asian languages, e.g. Chinese, Japanese and Korean
• Liaise with production and design agencies on catalogue and marketing material production
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
