Job Description:

~ Responsible for marketing and promotion plan, budget management, advertising and promotion activities;

~ Report regularly to the senior management for marketing strategy, advertising & promotion campaign execution to   maximize KPI;

~ Daily communication with overseas & local licensors for marketing strategy and plan;

~ Be presentable and strong negotiation power, initiate & explore Joint Promotion with third parties for media/product sponsorship, product bundle sales and cross brand promotion;

~ Think creatively and responsible for online and digital campaign and content management on social media platform such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest to improve the level of consumer engagement and fan base;

~ Maintain good relationship with media and press to maximize publicity exposure;

~ Supervise junior staff for daily marketing operation;

~ Be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Qualifications:

~ Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;

~ At least 5-year experiences in manager position, at least 3 year solid experience in advertising, promotion, brand communication plan and execution, especially in online and digital marketing areas;

~ Knowledge of online marketing including web content management, email marketing, social media analytics and digital campaign;

~ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

~ Keep abreast on social media and digital marketing trends, how to integrate traditional media with effective digital marketing solution;

~ Successful candidate will be outgoing, creative and flexible with good business manner, able to communicate effectively with various in house teams and external parties;

~ Proven history of developing an integrated and digital marketing campaign for the SME business environment with measurable results;

~ Experience in online media, entertainment, FMCG companies is preferred.
