Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in order processing
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales invoices, reports and general documents
• Provide clerical support to Sales Department.
• Co-ordinate with various internal departments to smooth the sales operations.
• Assist in ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree with 1-2 years working experiences
• Basic SEM knowlege and skills
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint Presentations, MS office applications
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Dynamic, responsible, committed, good team player, able to handle intense pressure on tight deadlines
• Detail oriented, hardworking, good team player to learn and well organized.
• Good command in both written & spoken English.
