Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Hong Kong and Regional procurement teams to oversee daily activities across the Company network
  • Manage and ensure smooth supply of products / equipment to meet the business need
  • Closely work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that key processes are running both cost and time effectively
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals
  • Set policy, guidelines and procedure for delivery of commercial and cost effective procuring process for the Company
  • Develop and review current processes for procurement and make recommendations where appropriate
  • Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money
  • Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes


Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain or business related disciplines
  • Min. 7 years managerial experience in Procurement with MNC or sizable organization, Food industry is highly preferable
  • Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an absolute advantage
  • Good leadership with business acumen analytical mindset, initiative and result oriented
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentations skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
