Job Responsibilities:

- To assist Property Manager in managing the company’s portfolio of residential and commercial properties

- To assist in liaising with tenants in management related issues

- To manage and coordinate handover,  renovation, updating, repair and maintenance works

- To assist in supervising day to day management of all properties

- To coordinate with project team on management requirements for new projects

Job Requirements:

- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

- At least 5 years experience in property management

- Experience in handling new residential project is an advantage

- Conversant in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant Ordinance, DMC and related ordinance

- Good command on both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Proficient in MS Office

- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
