Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

•          Responsible for sales orders processing, accounts set-up and payment processing;
•          Handle in-/out-bound calls in relation to order delivery status, inquiries about promotions and events;
•          Complaints & products return management;
•          Work with internal departments (e.g. IT, Accounting, Marketing, Logistics) to seek possible solutions for customers and ensure issues are promptly resolved;
•          Prepare regular reports in relation to order management, delivery and inventory management;
•          Participate in special events and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

•          Diploma or above, with 3-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in direct marketing, retail industry or call centre;
  
•          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and complaints handling experience;
•          Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
•          Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word and Excel;
•          Able to work under pressure, customer-oriented and positive mindset;
•          Self-motivated, attention to details, team player, independent and fast learner;
•          Immediately available is highly preferred.
