Job duties

• Manage daily accounting routines, including voucher preparation, receipts and payments etc.
• Responsible for matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Perform month-end closing
• Supervise a small team to ensure consistency of financial accounting practices
• Support the routine process review and assist on driving process improvement / automation initiatives
• Support other accounting related and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy or other related disciplines
• HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 – 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in property sector; solid experience in supervising a small team
• Hands on experience in dealing with routine operation and full set of accounts
• Detail oriented, well-organized, able to meet tight deadlines, positive work attitude with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS office and experience in using SAP accounting system is a must
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
