Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of human resources duties including recruitment exercise, review and implement HR policies
- Execute the Council’s resolutions and the Association’s policies
- Assist in the management of the Secretariat
- Supervise a team of Executive Officers for implementation of projects and provision of secretarial support for committees
- Provide secretarial support for sub-committees and/ or projects and events
- Draft correspondence and documents independently
Requirements
- Holder of a recognized degree, major in administration and management or related disciplines an advantage
- High language proficiency in Chinese Language and English Language (Grade C or above in Syllabus B/ Level 2 or above in the HKCEE)
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years of which at supervisory level
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Willing to work outside normal office hours and travel occasionally if necessary
