Job Description
responsibilities:
manage, guide, and inspire the shop leadership team and employees (stylists & front desk) on a daily basis
represent and lead from airplay’s values, concepts and visions
identify and mentor the future leaders of our organization interview, onboard, and retain high quality candidates
develop and maintain relationships with local beauty schools, trade associations, and salon owners
coach and give feedback as necessary for all team members, ensuring airplay standards are being met at all times
build relationships with airplay’s clientele, ensuring that our clients experience only the best every visit
maximize the shop's financial potential
resolve employee relations and customer issues ensuring the company is protected against liability with a mindfulness of shop morale and culture
execute operations, marketing, and human resources objectives in sho
to be manager on duty
qualifications:
2+ years of management experience in luxury spas/nails/hair salons
experience in a fast paced service environment
fluent in both witten and spoken english, other language skills a plus
willing to work for shift duties
