Job Description:

• Handle sales administration tasks such as preparing inventory / sales reports
• Prepare marketing and advertising materials
• Handle other ad hoc project as required by department managers
• Follow up samples arrangement, news clipping, shop decoration and update Facebook
• Support all marketing & sales activities like exhibition, seminar, press conference.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in business or any related discipline(Fresh graduate from university are also welcome.)
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized, responsible and self-motivated team worker      
• Keen interest on automotive products and trends
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator will be a definite advantage
