Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Human Resources & Administration Manager in HR functions including employee relations, benefit administration, leave administration, interview coordination, training arrangement, documentation
• Prepare accurate monthly HR related report in timely manner
• Provide support in annual project including but not limited to performance review cycle, annual benefit renewal, leave closing & carry forward, annual dinner
• Work closely with other colleagues in office facilities maintenance, seating arrangement, phone system, access control system, purchase of office supplies
• Provide administrative support to the Project Director for documents control
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines with at least 3 years’ work experience, candidate from financial institutions is highly preferred
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonaland problem-solving skills
• Responsible, mature, attentive to details
• Proficient in in MS Office
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• More experience will consider as Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer
