Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the operation of telephone switch board and greet the visitors
- Assist agenda preparation for visitors
- Handle the travelling visa application including air ticket, hotel reservation arrangement, etc.
- Support coordination on staff events, meetings, etc.
- Provide support on ad hoc duties/projects assigned by Admin Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or college graduate with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of telephone operations, ticketing and hotel reservation
- Good customer service attitude
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Immediate available is a must
