Job Descriptions:

• Perform full spectrum of HR duties for HK and regional offices
• Compensation and benefits, including payroll processing, salary bench-marking, staff benefits, insurance
• Employee relations, including handling grievances, providing recommendations on employee related matters, termination, counseling
• Performance and talent management, including career planning, staff training and development, performance appraisal, succession planning
• Develop, improve and implement HR policies and procedures
• HR reporting and any other ad-hoc projects when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters
• Sound understanding of all facets of HR practices
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Executive
