工作職責：

1. 全面負責公司經營管理工作，制定公司基金策略、基金管理體系及各相關流程的建設；
2. 具備豐富的項目資源、作出投資判斷並協助最終投資決策，定期分析投資組合運作情況；
3. 負責確定公司基金募集策略與渠道，基金方案的制定與實施，組織策劃路演活動及實施募資工作；
4. 組建與帶領團隊完成各項私募證券投資、產業投資、股權投資等基金業務；
5. 能夠對客戶進行常規業務聯絡和溝通、提供客戶服務並維持長期良好的合作關系。

任職資格：

1. 金融、經濟、法律財務或相關專業大學本科以上學歷，持有香港證監會9號持牌人資格者優先考慮；
2. 10年以上金融相關工作經驗，5年以上大型投資公司、基金管理公司、投資銀行部等公司高管經歷；
3. 擁有融資渠道、資金資源或項目資源，擁有私募股權基金豐富的人脈，與上市公司、各大銀行、私募股權機構、證券或行業領先的投資企業有良好合作經歷；
4. 熟悉國際、國內私募股權基金環境，精通私募股權基金業務各個環節，掌握私募股權投資基金的募集程序、會計稅收處理和風險防範等專業技能；
5. 具有縝密的思維和良好的組織領導能力，富有責任感和團隊合作精神；
6. 熟練掌握各種金融工具。
