Responsibilities: 

• Perform site supervisory duties, inspections, and attend site meetings
• Assist in vetting shop drawings and materials samples and drawings co-ordination
• Coordinate building works, to ensure all site works/workmanship are of good quality and are in compliance with the contract drawings, specifications and approved drawings
• Attend PRC factory inspection

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Clerk of Works capacity or at least 8 years experience as an on-site inspector,  residential experience would have priority
• Experience in the supervision of work carried out under contracts for superstructure, curtain wall and external cladding installation, building services works, interior fitting out works
• Hong Kong Polytechnic or T.I. Diploma / HC in Building or Building Studies or equivalent
• Passes in Chinese and English Language (Syl. B) HKCEE or equivalent
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of construction details, curtain wall and external cladding details, building services works and construction methods
• 6 days per week
