Responsibilities:  

• Work as a team, design, develop, and execute a profitable and sustainable ecommerce business that will compete effectively with the market
• Responsible for achieving Key Performance Metric goals for Company's Overall E-Commerce Objectives and Marketing Calendar
• Deep use of web analytics to analyse performance, measure campaigns, and evaluate possible alternatives, make timely determinations and choices with the best available information, and initiate appropriate actions to seek out conversion and sales opportunities
• Create plans and work with design teams to ensure onsite merchandising is up to date and relevant.
• Understand of order management/customer fulfilment in an E-commerce context
• Great communicator and brand advocate who drives enthusiasm, momentum and collaboration around a shared vision for the Ecommerce channel
• Establish strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, vendors) responsible for E-Commerce execution to ensure the best results from partnerships
• Identify trends in the market, marketing and business practices, competitors, and industry news relevant research to find new ways to capitalize on the ever-changing landscape

 Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Multimedia, Web Technologies, IT or Computer Science
• Proven record of large E-Commerce projects
• Experience in implementing and launching E-Commerce Platform from scratch
• Very knowledgeable in the technical aspects of E-Commerce such as managing Domain, Host, Website, Web Analytics, Software Licensing, Software Malfunctions, Payment Gateways, etc
• Good knowledge in Amazon Web Services, HTML, SQL Server, and Google Analytics
• Working experience in FMCG or Cosmetic industry is highly desirable
