Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a talent with ability to lead and inspire a team with 15 creative peoples and designers. As head of creative you will be leading the team to contribute new idea and sustain the design quality across all of our work.
Responsibility:
- Lead and mentor a team with creative peoples and designers
- Support account servicing team to win the business
- Hire, manage and develop creative team
- Tackle brief and drive the team to deliver quality work
- Engage with client
Requirements:
- At least 10 years' experience with strong people management skill.
- A through understand of FMCG industry in terms of consumer/shopper insight, tackle the barriers and provide effective communication solution.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Proven track record of developing and managing projects from concept to completion.
- Engaging presentation skill to client.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both English and Mandarin.
