A young and energetic design house is inviting the following application to join our team:  

Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer

Job responsibilities:

• Manage interior design projects in all aspects from its inception to completion
• Develop design concept, produce plans and working drawings
• Contract administration including quotation and documentation
• Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure proper project follow ups and completion
• Site coordination with working agents
• Occasional travel when required 

Job requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years solid experience with good design portfolio
• Passion for design and creative thinking
• Site supervision experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, 3D Max/Rendering, Photoshop and Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel & Power Point)  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including  Mandarin
• Knowledge of building/construction materials and suppliers
• Sense of market design trend
• More experience will be considered for the position of Senior Interior Designer
