Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sommelier team to provide recommendation and advice about wine to our guests.
• Responsible for restaurant operational activities and all aspects of wine service, development of the wine list as well as wine & food pairing.
• Drive wine revenue and maintain wine cost within budget.
• Maintain the accuracy and tidiness of the wine inventory.
• Facilitate professional wine training for all operational staff, as well as develop a wine training manual.

 Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferably from Wine retail, F&B or wine related business.
• Certificate holder of WSET or other recognized sommelier program / course.
• Hands-on experience in cost control and inventory control.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skill in English.
