Responsibilities:

•          Support users on their daily use of desktop PCs and IT equipment
•          Build Windows PCs and install software
•          Perform system administration and operations tasks
•          Manage network equipment
•          Help with documentation

Requirements:

•          Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
•          At least 2 years of experience in IT support
•          Familiar with building Windows PC and latest PC hardware
•          Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
•          Knowledge of Windows Server administration
•          Experience of Linux is an advantage
•          Good inter-personal and communication skills, good manner and fluency in written Chinese is a must
•          Must be able to work hard independently and proactively, learn quickly and be self-sufficient, but also a good team player
