Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal department and external supplier
• Responsible for daily shipment operations & preparing full set of shipping documentation and Tradelink Declaration
• Prepare sales contract, purchase order, invoice and shipping document
• Perform cargo planning, maintain close communication & coordination with forwarder & warehouse In & Out
• Assist and handle daily accounting functions including handle billing operations and account payable.

Requirements:

• Form 7/Diploma or above with At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Must able to handle full set of accounting and shipping documents, including I/E & L/C and banking documents
• Hands-on experience for shipping goods to Europe, South America
• Mature, self-motivated, independent, hardworking and committed to work
• Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Familiar with PC operations (MS office, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST.
• A Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
