Responsibilities:

• preparing promotion and publicity materials for projects
• planning and coordinating projects and their concurrent events
• recruiting exhibitors and buyers
• working closely with relevant associations and working partners

Requirements:

• degree holder with 3 years experience in sales and marketing
• self-motivated, independent and outgoing
• excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese are essential.
• knowledge of event and exhibition will be a bonus
• candidate might be required to travel outside Hong Kong
• less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
• more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
