The incumbent is responsible for general Accounts Payable duties.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services;
• Prepare online bank payments;
• Vendor statement reconciliation;
• Process employee expenses claims;
• Keep and update financial books with accuracy;
• Verify accuracy of documents and prepare vouchers, ledger accounts and journals;
• Prepare periodical accounting reports and financial statements, control accounts and bank reconciliation statements;
• Type and file accounting documents;
• Carry out general accounting duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 3-5 years’ relevant working experience;
• Computer literate, exposure with SAP a definite plus;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, flexible, independent and mature;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
