Duties:

• Supports sales supervisors by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information;
• Maintains customer database by inputting invoice and bill-back data;
• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by answering customer enquiries;
• Maintain a good relationship with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Sales and Marketing or related discipline;
• Good command of written and oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Assertive, outgoing and able work to work under pressure.
