Our client is looking for a high caliber professional to join their team as the Commercial Assistant.

SCOPE OF FUNCTIONS

Support KAM on Category Management and Go-to-market Excellence

• Responsible for category management implementation & in-store merchandising excellence execution

Develop Trade Marketing Excellence

• Support product communication to consumers, POS asset management, promotion premium sourcing, promoter management

Implementation of SAP System

• Ensure proper flow of inventory and sales documents

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Commercial Manager to manage key accounts and develop POS communication materials
• Monitor and master in category management to support channel strategy timely
• Manage and train in-store promoter or third party promoter agency 
• Assist on sales administration work (preparing customer presentations, account order management)
• Track trade marketing spending and evaluate efficiency and store execution
• Support Marketing activities such as promotion gift sourcing, agency recruiting and briefing
• Coordinate and align with Brand and Product Marketing team in Germany or other subsidiaries if needed
• Support Marketing activities such as promotion gift sourcing, brand Facebook posting adaptation, and local media activity execution
• Maintain quality sales related data in SAP
• React on ad-hoc tasks when needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing management experience with preferably strong knowledge of sales operations in relevant FMCG / Home appliances Company
• Knowledge of marketing and trade activities, KAM and category management
• Fluent in English with good written and spoken communication skills
• Good organizational skills with capability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks 
• Skilled in PowerPoint and computer 
• Knowledge of design tools and software would be an advantage 
• SAP knowledge preferred
