• Holder of Higher Certificate/Degree in Building, Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Hong Kong project experience on site
• Good knowledge in building contract and construction works
• Familiar with building ordinances and regulation
• Good site and construction management
• Able to lead and direct construction works on site
• Hold valid driving license is an advantage
