-          Degree in Marketing/Real Estate/Property Management/Surveying/Legal or related disciplines

-          3 years experience in Property Sales/Tenancy Management/Leasing in office, residential and retail sectors

-          Holder of EAA Estate Agency License (E-License)/Salesperson’s License (S-License) is preferred

-          Responsible for sales/leasing, tenants and client liaison using different marketing communication channels, including social media networking

-          Take care of tenancy administration

-          Good knowledge of property sales/leasing ordinance and practice

-          Strong negotiation skills in property sales/leasing

-          Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

-          Good computer skills

-          Mature, initiative with high sense of responsibilities

-          Able to work independently
