Job Description

職責：解答客戶查詢，處理客戶投訴，維持中心運作暢順，控制人流，提供櫃位服務，收銀等

入職要求：中五或以上程度，一年文職或客戶服務經驗，懂電腦操作及中英文打字，略懂英語及普通話

工作地點：尖沙咀 / 銅鑼灣 / 長沙灣 / 旺角 / 九龍灣

福利：14個月糧，醫療津貼，有薪大假，銀行假期(補假)，晉升機會

工作時間：每天工作9小時，需輪班工作
