Position:

Retail Card MIS Officer

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with service providers on fuel card related operations;

- Handle fuel card related enquires from both internal and external customers;

- Track business performance and generate MIS data or reports regularly for cross-departmental needs and decision-making purpose;

- Participate in system testing and co-ordinate user requirements.

Requirements:

- Diploma holder in any discipline or above, preferably in Statistics or Information Technology;

- Strong knowledge in PC applications including Access, Excel, Word and Chinese word-processing; Hands-on experience in VBA is an advantage;

- Solid experience in credit card, call center or relevant field is an advantage;

- Good analytical skills, hardworking, mature, customer-oriented attitude, self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and under pressure;

- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage);

- Immediate available is preferred.
