Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers and deliver quality service
• Answer customer's enquiries and complaints
• No need to cold call

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer services field / Bachelor Degree with less experience will also be considered
• Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
• Good spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable

Work hour: 0800 - 2200, 8.5 hours per day, 8 days day off per month
