Responsibilities:-

• Handle full set import & export documents
• ROCARS, Tradelink declaration and license/permit application
• Coordinate with transportation, freight forwarder company for shipment and truck arrangement
• To assist the warehouse operations on shipment delivery
• Outdoor work required
• Other job duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:-

• F.5 or Diploma above with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• High sense of responsibility, independent, willing to learn, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC knowledge in MS office & Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in ERP system is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
