Accounts Payable Manager will lead and supervise local accounting teams to provide a full spectrum of accounting & financial services including overseeing the operations of the Accounts payment team and pursuing effective internal controls, compiling management reports to US head office and ensuring the compliance with the relevant policies and procedures.  The Manager will also have the opportunities to be involved in implementing process improvement initiatives in Hong Kong and the region.

Responsibilities:

1. Processes streamline in Accounts Payable to drive operational efficiency and foster strong internal control environment    
2. Supervise team to handle daily operation such as inventory management, expense booking, vendor payment and staff reimbursement     
3. Oversee monthly financial closing works including expense accrual, inventory reserve calculation and accounts reconciliation    
4. Co-ordinate with various Business Partners on all AP finance related issues    
5. Lead / participate in financial process improvement projects 

Requirements:

1.  Degree holder in Accounting and Chartered Accountant of international recognized professional body.
   
2. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in sizable organizations or MNCs.
   
3. Strong business acumen and hands-on experience on process improvement and system enhancement projects.
   
4. Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams.
   
5. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
