Position:          Assistant Accountant

Report to:         Finance Manager

Location:          Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

To support our fast-growing lifestyle Brand, we are urgently seeking a dedicated, dynamic, motivated and versatile Assistant Accountant to join our Finance Team.

Job responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day data entry, book-keeping and closing a full set of accounts;
• Prepare monthly management reports, weekly reports of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• plus bank reconciliations;
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting;
• Handle petty cash and reimbursements; and
• Assist in monthly reporting of US subsidiary.

 Requirements – Skills and abilities:

•   Degree holder or above in relevant disciplines
•   3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting;
•   LCC or AAT qualifications;
•   MNC or overseas exposure will be an advantage;
•   Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua;
•   Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure when required;
•   Excellent Excel skill;
•   Suitable for a young and committed person looking for a dynamic role in a cutting edge company; and
•   Knowledge and experience in major ERP is highly appreciated
