Job Duties:

• Prepare management accounts, journal vouchers, supporting schedules
• Participate in ad hoc projects and reports, including internal controls, risk management, policy making and budget analysis
• Assist to set up policies and procedures and working schedules
• Assistant to plan and perform audit assignments, including planning, performing audit fieldwork on site, debriefing, reporting and following through of audit issues
• Review and provide recommendations for improvement
• Support and perform operational efficiency and effectiveness analysis
• Evaluate internal control system areas by means of process analysis and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years relevant Hands – on working experience
• Team worker, self-motivated, independent committed, outspoken, energetic and able to work under pressure with flexibility of adapting in a fast – paced environment
• Proactive, result focus with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Respond in a timely manner to members’ reactions whenever required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, native English speaker would be an advantage.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
