JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, identify and prequalify specific skill sets of candidates
• Work closely with consultants to develop candidate attraction plans
• Evaluate candidates through phone calls and face-to-face interviews, and provide professional advice accordingly
• Network building, maintain strong rapport and relationships with candidates
• Plan and implement marketing strategies as well as candidate sourcing plan

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Sense of urgency and high drive in career development
• Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment
• Outgoing, cheerful personality who is interested in networking with the top professionals
• Fast-paced and results-driven
• Must have track record in Sales
