Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Head of Human Resources in all-rounded human resources matters and functions

• To provide support in general HR administration work.

• To assist the Head of Human Resources in preparing annual staff cost budget, personnel statistics, HR related analysis and reports.

• To perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

   

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable in Business Administration or Human Resources Management with four (4) years working experience, at least two (2) years working experience in Human Resources.

• Excellent in MS office especially in using Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• A team player with pleasant and positive personality, proactive, independent and detail-minded.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Immediate or short notice is highly preferred
