Responsibilities:

• Provide general receptionist duties including handling incoming calls and clients greeting
• Assist in daily office administration duties
• Coordinate mail, documents and courier service
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• School certificate or Diploma or above or related discipline
• Relevant experiences preferred
• Good telephone manner, responsible and presentable
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal and customer services skills
• Good commend of spoken and written English & Chinese and Mandarin
• Temporary position for 13th - 20th October.
• Immediate available is preferred
