Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis in alignment with corporate development plan and T&D strategy. 
• Design, conduct and evaluate the training and development program to fulfill operation needs and support people development strategy. 
• To facilitate and assess various trainings in terms of service, technical skill, people development as well as attitude betterment.   
• Formulate and prepare training materials including training plan and visual materials.
• Document and develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned. 

Requirements

• Diploma, preferable with degree, and minimum 2 years relevant experience in HR, T&D, Business Administration or related disciplines. 
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skill. 
• Excellent planning and organizational skill. 
• Good team player to cooperate with internal and external business parties.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Training officer.
