Job Responsibilities:

• To assist supervisors in project assignments and ensure timely implementation
  
• To perform research, conduct data and market impact analysis, draft proposals and policy papers, update relevant rules and procedures as a result of new business and/or risk management initiatives
  
• To plan, coordinate and review project tasks including user requirements specification and user acceptance test (for system related project) and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  
• To undertake special or ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• University Degree, preferably in Risk Management / Finance / Economics or related discipline
  
• Holder of relevant professional qualification, preferably FRM or CFA
  
• Sound knowledge of Derivatives Market; experience in Commodity / Fixed Income / Currency Market an advantage
  
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years at management level, preferably in well-established financial organizations
  
• Analytical with good managerial, project management and problem-solving skills
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
