Main purpose of the role:

Aligned with the business/desk to enhance BGC hybrid/electronic trading revenue and market share through knowledge of the industry and relationship management. Promote and support BGC hybrid/electronic trading platform with strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote BGC electronic trading platform to internal and external customers
• Keep up with market trends and information in electronic trading field. Seek opportunities to attract more electronic revenue from new sources
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Showcase key features of BGC electronic trading platform to internal and external customers. Increase client awareness of platform functionalities
• Deliver customer feedback/requirements on features and functionality to Product Support Manager and development teams
• Handles business operations during new client on-boarding.
• Coordinate with IT and deployment to drive the client on-boarding process
• Provide in depth demonstration and training of BGC electronic platform to internal and external customers
• Engage and resolve any technical incident from internal and external customers
• Coordinate with customers and sales team to identify and resolve bugs/feature requests with Product Strategy and Development team
• Generate and deliver various reports on electronic trading to internal stakeholders
  
  

Skills / experience required:

• High levels communication and client-facing sales skills
• Knowledge of region with key contacts in financial institutions and non-bank clients
• Strong capability to build relationships with internal and external customers
• Good technical knowledge with hands on trouble shooting experience
• Knowledge of financial market and electronic trading platform is a must
