Responsibilies

• Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, budgets and monthly management reports;
• Handle full set of accounts & prepare month end and year end closing;
• Work with external auditors to prepare results announcements/annual reports;
• Familiar with FRR reporting and FRR standards;
• Perform ah hoc assignments/projects when required.

Requirements

• Familiar with the rules and regulations (SFC and FRR) for Hong Kong listed companies in financial industry
• 2~3 years' working experience from financial industy and listed HK company
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and with high self-initiatives
