工作職責：

1. 配合公司業務發展需要，分析、評估募資需要和市場條件，制定募資目標，編制基金募資研究報告和實施方案；
2. 開拓並建立各種募資渠道，可獨立完成募資的前期籌備、接洽和談判工作，負責與募資機構的對接工作和日常關系維護工作，保證良好的合作；
3. 組織團隊開展投資項目的前期調研、初審、盡職調查、可行性研究分析和撰寫投資方案，溝通各方確保投資方案執行；
4. 負責投資後管理，降低投資風險，確定退出策略。

任職要求：

1. 金融、經濟、法律財務或相關專業大學本科以上學歷，持有香港證監會9號持牌人資格者優先考慮；
2. 8年以上金融相關工作經驗，3年以上大型投資公司、基金管理公司、投資銀行部等公司高管經歷，有獨立跟進項目經驗；
3. 熟悉募資與投資等私募股權基金操作流程，具備融資項目策劃、資金渠道安排、方案制定與執行的能力，過往主導過成功的投融資項目；
4. 良好的分析和預測能力，有較強的組織能力，富有團隊精神；
5. 具有良好的書面及口頭表達能力，具備流利的中英文讀寫能力，以及出色的協調與談判能力；思路清晰、理解能力強，有私募基金募資經驗者優先考慮；
6. 熟練掌握各種金融工具。
