Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Building Surveying or equivalent
• 5 years' solid experience in M&E maintenance and internal fitting out works
• Experience gained in property management will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with IT operations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Job location: Tseung Kwan O
