Our client is a renowned local bank. To support its rapid business expansion in Asia, they are looking to recruit a Development Manager in Hong Kong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The incumbent will be responsible for project management and software / application development with state of the art technologies for supporting strategic business growth and development in Digital Banking or other business areas of the Bank

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Information System or related disciplines
• 6-10 ten years’ hands on application design / development experience in Java, J2EE / Android / iOS
• For Development Manager, you should have at least 3 years of project management, resource planning and supervision experience
• Solid knowledge of development methodologies specifically Agile / Scrum experience
• Knowledge of the following areas an advantage:

1.       General banking business / operations

2.       Internet Banking / Mobile Banking

3.       Wealth management

4.       Credit risk management

5.       Commercial banking / Trade Finance

6.       Payment processes

7.       Treasury business / operations

• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Strong leadership, communication skills and quality orientation
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Development Manager / System Analyst
