Job Responsibilities:

• Administer overall IT infrastructure, including servers, network and PCs of multiple sites 
• Provide user support and perform troubleshooting
• Implement and ensure accurate asset control and security control
• Assist in planning and monitoring systems resources, utilization and performance
• Perform performance tuning and system backup and recovery
• Assist Team Manager in providing IT infrastructural consultancy and vendor management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in both systems and network administration and technical support in a SME company
• MCSE, MCP or CCNA is a preferred
• Degree/Higher Diploma holders in IT or equivalent is an advantage
• Solid experience on administration of MS AD, Web, Email, FTP, Linux and MS Servers
• Working experience on Multi-site HW/SW VPN, VoIP configuration and TCP/IP networking
• Excellent in firewall policy setting for Netscreen or similar brand
• Proficient in design network infrastructure with related configuration and performance tuning
• Strong troubleshooting skills of software, hardware and networking
• Practical experience in technical support on WINDOWS/MAC platform
• Experience in cloud platform configuration
• A team player who can work independently with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Systems Support
