Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to all our Hong Kong & Macau Business units on both software and hardware issues.
• Providing efficient & qualified IT Service to our end-user (store and office) through phone call, site visit or remote control.
• Monthly report to Line manager regarding IT Service in office support and store support.
• Administrate the suppliers to provide the required service and review the results with the users.
• Be a project coordinator manager to arrange with the suppliers for the new store openings.
• Feedback the deficiency on each project to Headquarter IT Department to help improving the IT services.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 years or above experience in technical support , preferably in retail or operation background
• Knowledge in Apple devices, Linux, desktop management (Windows XP/7/8) and Microsoft Office (2010/2013) is desirable
• Good sense of Organization, Communication and Task Priority
• Experiences on Helpdesk service will be priority
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to accept flexible work time scheduling
• Able to travel according to the company's needs
